Angela Griffiths, who represents the Caribbean karate federation,is one of our young rising stars of the future.She achieved a bronze medal in kumite free fighting at the 7th WUKF world karate championships,which was held in Dundee scotland 2018.

.Angela started her journey in karate at the age of 4 years old.After her father has recognised that she was very strong for her age, and did not want her to waste this attribute. He took her to the olympic karate inc club,which opened a new branch in his local area.She loved her first lesson and wanted to learn more martial arts.From that point on,she would develop her skills in techniques in Karate whilst taught Boxing and other aspect of the sport such as mental strength from her father at home.Her father would talk with her everyday about the importance of character, passion, the will to win, hard work, fear and having a fighting spirit that just wont quit.
